Flavour
Warm yet vibrant, with notes of plum, rosehip and blackcurrant lemonade. Juicy and refreshing, with a cooling texture and a crisp, lingering aftertaste.

Origin
Produced by Karagoto Factory through the New Tekangu Farmers Cooperative Society, from smallholder farmers in Nyeri, Central Kenya, on the slopes of Mount Kenya, at 1708 m above sea level.

Varieties
A blend of SL28, SL34, Batian and Ruiru 11, combining Kenya’s classic varieties with newer cultivars to create a cup with bright acidity, juicy fruit character and complexity.

Process
Washed: cherries are mechanically depulped, density-sorted and fermented separately for 24–36 hours, then washed, soaked for 6–12 hours and slowly dried on raised beds for around 12–20 days. The careful sorting and processing bring exceptional clarity and consistency to the cup.
