Process
Honey process, leaving some of the natural fruit mucilage on the beans as they dry, enhancing sweetness, body and fruit complexity.

Why we love it
A beautifully sweet and layered Ethiopian coffee, where ripe peach and white grape meet soft vanilla. Reshad is also developing his farm through organic practices and experimental processing, making this a particularly exciting expression of his work.
